
Register Your Guest
Register your guest for the Business Presentation Meeting - BPM
Once you register your guest, you will receive a confirmation text indicating your guest has been registered (if you've provided your phone number).
If your guest is attending in person, they will receive a confirmation text along with the office address, what to expect when they arrive and even a link to google maps helping them find you.
If your guest is attending via Zoom, they will receive an email from Zoom with the webinar link.
Please remain in the big room and your guest (if in person) will be ushered to you.
Please wear a name tag, especially if you're new. We want to be able to find you with your guest.
The BPM (Business Presentation) is in the room beside the reception desk. Please take your guest from the large room to that room about 5 min before the scheduled start time.
On Saturdays, guests are ushered directly into the room beside the reception desk.
When you register an in person or zoom guest for the presentation, you will receive a verification text.
In person guests will receive a text as well (assuming you input their phone number) with the office address and a google maps link.
Zoom guests receive an email from Zoom to the email address you provide (but no text).
If your guest does not receive an email, please ask them to check their junk mail as some services treat these emails as "spam".
Please note: For Zoom guests, a survey form is sent to the guest at the end of the presentation. In person guests may use the QR code on the screen.
On the survey form, guests are asked to provide their name. The system matches that name with the guest list and populates the agent details in the survey.
If the names don't match exactly, the system can't complete the match. Please provide the first and last name in the "Guest Name" below to assist in this process.
